I hereby give NNPC Limited permission to record (audio/video) my interview, statements, and presentations (the "Recordings"). I understand the Recordings may be transcribed, edited, excerpted, and archived.

I grant NNPC Limited the right to use, reproduce, store, and distribute the Recordings and derived content internally for the purposes of knowledge management, training, succession planning, awareness, and internal communications on authorised company platforms (including KMDB and Viva Engage).

I understand the Recordings will not be released to external third parties without my additional written consent, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.

I understand that certain information discussed may be designated confidential or sensitive. I may request redaction of specific parts prior to publication. NNPC Limited will attempt to review redaction requests and, where appropriate, redact as agreed. Legal or regulatory constraints may affect redaction.

I acknowledge and agree that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of the Recordings by NNPC Limited for the stated internal purposes. I grant NNPC Limited non-exclusive internal rights to use the Recordings; I retain moral rights to be identified as the contributor where practicable.

NNPC Limited will store the Recordings in accordance with Company data retention and protection policies, including encryption and access controls. I understand my personal data contained in the Recordings will be processed for the stated knowledge management purposes.

I consent to the transcription and indexing of the Recordings for searchability within authorised NNPC platforms. I understand that automated speech-to-text may be used with human quality checks prior to publishing.

I understand I have the right to withdraw this consent in writing prior to publication. Withdrawal will not retroactively remove already published uses where removal is impracticable, but the Company will make reasonable efforts to comply.
